Children are curious by nature and always want to know how the world around them works. That`s why they`re always ready to ask why. A pretty cool way of explaining things is by actually showing them how they work. Science in elementary education can be taught differently, in addition to giving class in classrooms with books and notebooks.

Science education should be a way of thinking about the world and the relationship we have established with it, to enable students to know how to use existing knowledge and to add to the scientific. In other words, you have to get the kids to wonder why and how things happen.

Scientific experiments can be so successful among children because they stimulate students to question the elements and their way of interacting with the environment, they allow visual experimentation of simple everyday questions, sharpening the senses and curiosity.

It can never be stressed enough to remember that in order to encourage autonomy, it is highly advisable for students to participate in the elaboration of an experiment, to use all materials available, organize notes and discuss results.

This was the first visit of 3rd-grade students to the biology lab.

On this day of the experiment, after the classroom work on vertebrates and invertebrates, we could observe the innumerable characteristics of animals, which are known to the students, but not in this way.
