On April 26, 2018, students at our college`s GIN (Global Issues Network) club organized a presentation and interactive activity for new middle and high school students on food waste. Issues such as emissions of climate-changing gases, loss of soil for food production and general consequences of food waste were discussed topics with the aim of raising awareness among the school community.
