In the classroom, the children had the opportunity to experience the Open Minded IB Attribute. The “Irgendwie Anders” story was told, presented through the overhead projector. After the story, the children participated in a debate in which they had the opportunity to observe each other’s differences. In pairs, they were able to examine and express what they understood about each other. Then, in turn, each pair spoke about what they liked about their colleague; they could talk about clothing, shoes, hair and eye color, for example. In the end, each pair made a drawing and showed it to the whole class. The children realized that they are all different and that even so, they can be friends, play together and respect one another.
